Cheap therapist North carolina

*Talk THerapy

Traditional Talk Therapy often looked like a rehashing of your week and the therapist simply reflecting. In Depth Talk Therapy, sessions are guided to target the root of the day-to-day problems for LASTING CHANGE and better days. It is more structured than you find in a traditional Talk Therapy to gain healing and a NEW result.

Somatic therapy in Pittsboro

*Somatic Approach

SOMATIC therapy is simply using your body to heal. We store DEEP PATTERNS in the body. We now know we can use the body as a RESOURCE TO HEAL. Both EMDR and IFS use the body to heal and therefore are considered Somatic forms of therapy. I use IFS informed EMDR Therapy.

*insurance

Rise Center for Counseling & Wellness is an out of network provider and does not accept insurance. We can issue a “superbill”. Some insurance companies may offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Am I covered for seeing an out-of-network mental health provider?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have/it will reimburse? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician or other medical provider  in order for services to be covered?
